I’d say it’s Sunday and that lazy beats were called for but for some of us lazy beats aren’t just for Christmas but for life, so I won’t say that… Anyway, here’s a little EP with a nice track, a nice instrumental and some nice remixes all playing to the laid back beats of an evening of indulgence. Beyond that there’s not much to say really, lyrically it’s got some well placed oddness about it which offer a little opposition to the idle, sinking beats but whilst it’s not revolutionary it’s worth a look. Happy are the times when UK Hip Hop can take offerings like this and be content in knowing that they’re the standard.
